Delete your
account and data.

This page explains how to permanently delete your GCR (Gestion Cafés & Restaurants) account and the data associated with it. It applies to the Android app published as com.gcr.cafe.restaurant.

01 — Delete from inside the app

This is the fastest route and requires no contact with us.

1. 01Open GCR and sign in as the owner of the restaurant.
2. 02Go to the Settings tab.
3. 03Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. 04Read the confirmation notice, then confirm with Delete everything.
5. 05You are signed out immediately. The account and its data are gone.

02 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in — for example you lost access to the account — send a request from the email address registered to the account:

We verify the request comes from the registered address, then delete the account. We aim to complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

03 — What gets deleted

When an owner account is deleted, the entire restaurant is removed. That means:

• The owner account and its sign-in credentials.
• The restaurant record and its settings (name, receipt details, currency, logo).
• Every menu item belonging to the restaurant.
• Every order and order line ever recorded, including notes and payment labels.
• Every server account attached to the restaurant, and their login codes.
• The local cache and preferences held on the device.

This data is deleted from our live systems immediately.

04 — What may be kept, and for how long

• Images (menu photos and your logo) may persist briefly in storage and in CDN caches after deletion. They are removed on our routine cleanup cycle, within 90 days.
• Server-side logs containing technical records (timestamps, error traces) may be retained up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention, then discarded.
• We keep nothing for marketing purposes, and we do not retain a copy of your menu or orders after deletion.

05 — If you are a server, not an owner

Server accounts are created and controlled by the restaurant owner. Ask your owner to remove you from the Team tab.

To preserve accounting integrity, a server who already has recorded orders is deactivated rather than erased, so past orders keep their attribution. If you want your name removed entirely, contact us at contact@gcrmanager.site and we will handle it with the restaurant owner.
