The agreement between you and us for the use of the GCR application. Plain language, no traps.
These terms govern your use of GCR (Gestion Cafés & Restaurants), an Android application provided by Slova Tech ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
GCR lets you manage a café or restaurant: build a menu, record orders, manage servers, print or share receipts, and view sales reporting.
GCR is a record-keeping tool, not a payment processor. "Cash" and "Card" are labels you apply for your own bookkeeping. The app does not process, transmit or settle any payment, and is not a substitute for accounting or tax advice.
The app is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features in future, we will make the terms clear before you are asked to pay for anything.
Your menu, orders, team and settings remain yours. We claim no ownership over them. We process them only to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the content you upload — in particular that you hold the rights to any images you add, and that anything you place on receipts is appropriate to share with customers.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. See Account & data deletion.

The app is offline-first: recording orders continues to work without a network connection, and syncs when connectivity returns. However, features that depend on our servers — sign-in, sync, account creation — require connectivity and may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that reports it produces will be free of inaccuracies.
Keep your own records. You remain responsible for your accounting and legal obligations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within it. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the app ends; deletion of your data follows the process in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
